   Most recently Dean and Smedley Woodville Derbys, lost my prescription claiming that it had already been collected which was incorrect. The staff had no interest in trying to help resolve this instead said it’s been claimed. Most concerning is who had collected my medication but seeing how this pharmacy works and its staff it most probably a admin error. All they care about is making coffee and chatting. If you visit and there is others in front be prepared to wait a hour to be seen.
