   I think the collection point at Day Lewis Pharmacy are a great idea. However, I use the collection point at Saltash Road in Keyham. I might as well collect my prescription from the counter, as it is always on the top shelf. I am short and have Rheumatoid Arthritis, so I am unable to retrieve my prescription. I have been told by staff that it is placed there by default. This has happened numerous times.
