   I was informed a prescription that was sent by my surgery had not been received but gone to the Cambrian Pharmacy instead. Going there I was told they didn’t have it but they did do the prescription. My surgery now says it had been sent to the correct (Day Lewis Pharmacy ) pharmacy but as an open prescription as there had been an error originally, by the surgery, in sending it to completely the wrong dispenser. Thus they said any pharmacy could have done the prescription but Day Lewis Pharmacy was the one they sent it to not Cambrian Pharmacy which is why the Cambrian Pharmacy was able to do the dispensing. Thus to be informed the Cambrian had been sent it was unlikely to have been true.
