Waiting over an hour for some antibiotics. Had to go back and check what was happening as I was told a 30 minute wait. Clearly they had forgotten about mine. Only 3 people got their prescriptions in the time I sat there. They obviously need a new system as they are often getting things wrong, telling people they have already collected and other issues. I've had to move my 86 year old father to P2U due to similar issues. Never again and also seriously thinking about moving surgery after being there for 55 years. Such a shame but something needs to happen with both the pharmacy and the surgery.

I tried to phone from 0900 this morning on and off all day and I could not get through ever. I think they turn the phone lines off and ignore the calls. Appalling Non service. It is now 16.50 and still no answer
