I used this pharmacy for my repeat prescription but they kept getting medication wrong. The staff are rude - told them I was hearing impaired and lip read bit would not speak up and one would not remove mask. Avoid at all costs

Have yet to have anywhere near an OK let alone good experience at this new version of a chemist I have been using for a few decades. The staff don’t seem to know that please and thank you is basic customer service; they are sadly sullen and impolite. Lots of waiting, staff are often selectively rude to customers, and on one occasion they thought it OK to dispense based on their stock rather than what was on the script. Going forward I will be getting my prescriptions elsewhere!
