   Day Lewis in Forest Hill Road always has people collecting prescriptions, etc. yet, the staff are always friendly, courteous, patient and helpful. I have no problem recommending them to anyone. Recently they assisted me in getting a patient's name corrected which had been causing great anxiety for the patient. They didn't have to do that and I am grateful for their advice to speak with the GP surgery and co-operation in reprinting the labels with the correct name. Thank you Day Lewis!
