Needed special baby milk for my 6 week old grandson at short notice The lady at this pharmacy could not have been more helpful I had said we would pay, but she went out of her way to help us find the repeat prescription that had only just been issued by the hospital She was knowledgeable friendly chatty and funny She even told us to go to the pharmacy where she would help us sort this online if we couldn't do it Amazing experience because of all the staff last night Thank you

Pharmacy able to fulfil my prescription when no other pharmacy could due to item shortages. Served by a very kind and professional lady and the main pharmacist gave me really good advice. Good opening hours, quick waiting time and lovely staff

I went to get a prescription filled as I had been to the doctors next door. Whilst I was waiting for my prescription being filled I also enquired about the flu jab. The pharmacist was happy to give me the jab there & then. Whilst I was in the consulting room he even offered to have my prescriptions delivered due to me suffering with osteoarthritis, but I declined as I said if I didn’t get out to collect my prescription I would end up seizing up lol. He totally understood & didn’t pressure me at all.

When you go in the staff often all hide in the back and completely ignore customers waiting even when it's elderly people who have been waiting ages for ANYONE to serve them. If and when they serve customers after about30-40 minutes wait they get mixed up and give out the wrong information. On the latest visit I eventually gave up waiting and tried to phone about 30 times but nobody ever answers on either of their numbers. There's also no contact email. Looks like I can't have my medication.
