I visited my local pharmacy today for my Spring Covid-19 booster vaccine. The staff are welcoming & efficient. The Pharmacist is professional & well mannered & the appointment took place on time with no unnecessary fuss.

Excellent service staff very friendly notification when percription is ready to collect always explain when new medication is given and check up on patient to see how they are getting on also when unable to get drs appointment staff very helpful with giving advice

Called into this pharmacy to make an appointment for a Covid jab and was told it could be done straightaway. Always receive such good service here and the staff are helpful and friendly.

I discovered Cross Chemist when ringing round pharmacies to find some medications I needed. The pharmacist at Cross Chemist was outstanding, showing expert knowledge, and going far above and beyond in order to provide a great service. When I went in to collect my meds on the Saturday, I also received medical advice which was knowledgable and very helpful. Everything was done in a friendly and professional way, it’s the kind of personal touch that makes me feel my whole family is in safe hands at Cross Chemist. I have switched to them as my dispensing pharmacy, and it’s the best decision I’ve made. Thank you Cross Chemist!

There was no waiting at all and the Covid jab was so expertly delivered into my arm that I hardly knew that it had been done.

Covid booster - amazingly helpful and efficient service. Had booster booked for later in the week but was in the area and so popped in to see if I would have it done there and then. Really helpful and very efficient.

Very positive experience today having Covid and Flu jab- also good advice on buying blood pressure unit to use at home as always an efficient service all staff helpful and inspire confidence on the medical side of practice

This is our local chemist, used by three generations. Always helpful, will phone and check on you if you take a new medication. Have done all our Covid and flu jabs- very gentle and informative. Always friendly and efficient

Visited Cross Chemist with my sister. We both had our COVID 19 vaccinations. The service was prompt, efficient and the gentleman who administered the vaccination was very pleasant and reassuring. I would also add that it did not hurt at all!
