Don't know whats happening to vaib / crook pharmacy they have gone down hill. I phoned twice to be told my prescription was on the van for delivery but at 5pm I had to phone again to be told it wasn't on the van and did I really need it errr yes I needed it or I wouldnt have phoned so she delivered it on her way home Lately they haven't some items and I have told them numerous times to deliver what they have Think its time to change chemists

It's really declined over the past 2 years with constant mistakes made when filling prescriptions and prescriptions delivered to wrong addresses.

If you're happy discussing things with a pharmacist stood at the back of the store this is the chemist for you. Hopefully your prescription is something you don't mind being broadcast to other customers in the store. Name, address, how you pay etc all going to be broadcast also as you need to discuss this for all to hear. What happened to the pharmacist coming to the counter and privacy being a thing...
