    I switched to This pharmacy as it is local,and not part of a group One part of my prescription was a cream,requested for me by my GP. They have stated that they are unable to provide the cream as requested Yet they have the cram requested on display for sale. Why is this also for prescriptions? I feel let down by the croft pharmacy. I will be discussing this with the pharmacist.

    Pharmacist looked at the prescription and did not bothered to say that the dose on the prescription does not come in capsule, she just said go to other pharmacy we don’t have it. (medicine-antibiotics that only comes in tablets), it’s pharmacist job to guide the patient and give proper guidance accordingly not just neglect. Very disappointed about the behaviour of pharmacist

    After contacting several Pharmacies in the surrounding area to fulfil my prescription, the staff were the most patient, helpful, polite people I have dealt with. Via telephone and then visiting the pharmacy, I dealt with atleast 6 different members, all of whom went above and beyond. What a friendly bunch considering they aren't my usual practice, they couldn't do more to help me. First class customer/patient service all around! Thank you Croft! Highly recommend
