   So I'm currently on ESA due to an injury and operation. I rang up the day my sick note was due to run out and got told I needed to ring back the day it ran out, however when I rang them the day it ran out and got told I'd be put on the waiting list for it to be reviewed that can take up too two days. I do not see why I had wait to ring up the day it had actually ran out when there is a wait. To me it seemed that who ever took my first call didn't really care and just wanted me off the phone so they didn't have to deal with it. This needs sorting as the person I've spoken to that has put me on the list didn't understand why I wasn't put on the list when I originally rang. You need all your staff on the same page so this doesn't happen again.
