Took 10 business days to action a request for repeat prescription, after being chased twice for this. Terrible customer service today, never answer phone and haven’t returned voicemails left.

Awful. It does not adhere to its own opening times. Were sent there as a supposedly late night pharmacist by 111. It was supposed to be open until 9pm but was closed when we arrived at 8:10pm. I returned the next morning to try and collect the prescription, they were supposed to open at 10:00am but were not open by 10:30am. When I called, the phone just rang endlessly and no one picked up. How on Earth this place is permitted to be affiliated with the NHS is beyond me.

Had to wait 30 minutes for my prescription and in that time half of the staff were on their mobile phones and clearly ignoring the pharmacy phone that kept ringing. I shan't be using this pharmacy again.

I rang earlier today to be told my medicine which was owing from yesterday had arrived and was ready to be collected.. my daughter went to pick it up to be told no not there will be delivery tomorrow saturday (im sure ive been told no deliveries on weekend tho)my daughter tried talking to assistant to say my mom called etc and the person just walked away. Ive been calling for over half an hour and phone is just ringing out... i first tried while my daughter was still there. They clearly ignore the phones and i very much doubt its the first time either. The assistant i spoke to at 4.30pm obviously made a mistake and that happens but then to ignore my daughter and then to ignore the phones and just let them ring out is disgusting.

Opening hours on nhs website are incorrect. Husband had drive over 30 mins on a Sunday evening to get a prescription sent via 111 he arrived at 6.45 and it was closed. Supposed to be open until 8. No one answers the phone as I tried to call multiple times before going to collect to check the prescription was indeed there and they were open. Just rings out.

Majority of last 6 months prescriptions been incorrect in some way. Phone is never answered when ringing, or is permanently engaged. Queues to collect prescription regularly take 30 minutes or more, so waiting in either massive heatwave or poor weather outside as can only fit one or two customers in the small counter area floor space at a time. When eventually get to be served at the 'hatch', regularly then told not ready (after a week of notification). Unbelievingly, after complaint, some of it miraculously appears within minutes but unfortunately prescription then includes some incorrect meds again! Really!! A new pharmacist has started this week - let's see what positive changes will be made. I'll give it one more month then moving elsewhere. If another issue occurs, after being apologised to on many occasions and assured will not happen again....will escalate to governing body. Such poor standards in such a crucial service should not be accepted.

Phones ignored and not answered when they are in the pharmacy and during opening hours. Prescriptions always wrong. Staff not always very helpful and very slow at serving. Not enough space for people to be served and always a huge queue due to Staff being slow. Never known a pharmacy like it. Opening times seem to be as and when they want. It's meant to be open until late but has been closing early. When you can get through to order a prescription and then collect a few days later it's not there or they can't find it. Terrible.

never answers the phone , doesnt stay open when opening times say different, happy to refuse to dispense even though fully aware the medication is critical to health because he '' didnt have time and to come back another day'' even though he'd had the prescription for 4 hours which is more than enough time to dispense

Turned up for my repeat prescription only to be told prescriptions are no longer on repeat and need to be ordered ..surely patients should have been made aware of this ?
