I am sending this review because it is now the 4th time in a row that Crest Pharmacy have messed up our medication. Prior to my visit to collect my medication I have experienced no medication ready even though I ordered it on line well in advance and unable to contact them by phone or leave a message because their voice mail is always full.When I arrived there is now a chicaine set up because of the long queue of people trying to get their medication and everyone was complaining. I was told by the Phamacist that for the fourth time in a row my medication was not ready and had not been delivered because they are busy!!! I tried to tell them that they ate only in this situation because they are not functioning properly ie inefficient but this didn't seem to register with them at all. We have used this Pharmacy since 2000 and have always had exemplary service until the arrival of the Crest grouo!

My 82 year old grandmother ordered her repeat prescription 2 weeks in advance (as instructed, to ensure plenty of time) - after around 8/9 days she hadn’t heard anything so I decided to chase it for her. Phoned Crest who admitted that they had not even sent the prescription over to the doctors!! I informed them that she would run out of medication in a matter of days at this point. They told me to speak to the doctors (completely unwilling to help - even though this was their issue). So I went to the doctors and put in another repeat (an urgent one, at the fault of crest - nobody else) they did it and it was with the pharmacy the following day. I have had to phone them every day to check it has arrived. Yesterday morning I phoned again to ask whether they had it and whether the medications would be in stock (as they are so unreliable, I tried to avoid an ‘out of stock’ scenario as she was literally one day away from running out of tablets.) They assured me that they had stock of everything on her prescription. They then phoned my grandmother on the afternoon to say ‘your medication is ready to collect’. This morning I visited to collect the medication that was said to be ready. I will not even go into detail of the issues that I witnessed while I was in there (untrained staff with no idea what they were doing! zero customer service skills. a pharmacist who was trying his hardest to hide his face from a crowd of unhappy customers. huge wait times for everyone involved) I had to wait for 30 minutes for medication I was told the day before were ‘ready to collect’ - after a little while I asked why I was waiting as we were told it was ready. She said the dispensary were just putting the prescription together - so the phone call on the previous afternoon was an obvious lie. After another 10 minutes in of waiting, they handed me some of the medication along with a ‘we owe you’ slip for part of her order!!! Something we were unable to allow as she has no tablets left at all (again, crests fault!). After an argument with a completely useless pharmacist I asked him to give me the prescription so I could go elsewhere. They have absolutely no care for anybody at all. Totally useless business that we will never return to. They should be very embarrassed
