Continuously engaged they are leaving the phone off tried for 6 hours now to get repeat prescription

Amazing every time our family needs to visit. This pharmacy is the best by far in the area. I go out of my way to use this one. Always helpful and caring. Even used to offer to bring the prescriptions out to the car and offered a cup of tea while you waited! 🙌🏼

They did not put my Fostair inhaler no inhaler for the weekend, I have bad COPD I tryed phoning no answer. This is not the first time this has happened

Dear Patient Please can I encourage you to contact the Pharmacy manager or administrator to discuss this further which will then allow us to investigate. For now I would like to explain that we are open Monday - Friday 9.00am - 7.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. We have 2 telephone landlines where 2 members of staff are allocated to answering the calls every day. We don't believer that we cannot be contacted. All calls are logged and overseen by the Pharmacy manager as a way of ensuring that all actions have been carried through to a conclusion. We also have mobile number where patients can call, text or whatsapp us. Our mobile is monitored throughout the business opening hours and any request is logged also in our telephone book and followed up by the Pharmacy Manager. We also have 3 delivery drivers working every day delivering to the local and wider community. Again, please can you contact the Pharmacy so that we can look in to the concern you raised.
