I had my appointment with gp and got prescription and went to pharmacy. One pharmacist was so kind and good. I feel so good and comfortable talking to her.. and i strictly recommend her presence forever in this pharmacy.

I rang them Christmas morning and they answered the phone straightaway. They were able to confirm that they had the medication in stock ( something no one else had when I tried the supermarket pharmacies the day before) and it was ready when I went to collect it. I wish this was my local pharmacy, many thanks.

I have used this Pharmacy for 5 to 6 years always on time with my monthly collections as well as sending me messages via e.phone to let me know they are ready. When there has been a problem they look into the problem and get it sorted straight away. I would highly recommend Cowplain Pharmacy for the professional and helpful way they treat me. I would award them a definite 5 stars

A short while ago at the Pharmacy I was asked if I would like text updates, I said yes and gave my phone number. Sometime later I was pleasantly surprised to get a text message to say my prescription was ready to pick up. That was my first experience. Yesterday at 1600’ish my Doctor prescribed 2 medications and sent the prescription to Cowplain Pharmacy electronically. At 1849 I received a text that my prescription was ready for me to collect. I went and picked it up. This is a great service and I recommend it to others.

keep messing up precriptions take ages to find them sometimes send emails saying precriptions are ready and when you go to collect them cant find them their staff dont seam to know what they are doing

I have been at the pharmacy for over a year and am a cancer patient so need medication on time. I have never received a correct prescription from them and have to return to the chemist at least twice to get the correct medication. I complained every month and they just did not care. This morning I phoned to cancel anymore prescriptions from them and was spoken to extremely rude from a female there. She was extremely rude because I asked her to return my prescriptions to the spine at my doctors request she hung up on me. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Should not even be in business. They cant handle ordering prescriptions then when you complain they do not apologise and are the rudest people I have spoken to.

My partner recently stopped work due to her mental health. Today she went to collect her prescription and was asked if she pays for it and she said no then he questioned her about it to which she replied situations change. She greatly suffers from anxiety and you have pharmacy workers asking such questions. The customer service training really need to be improved because it’s people like that who look down on people for putting their mental health first.
