   This pharmacy is at times chaotic in their service and communication. Usually I have to make two visits to get each pre-ordered prescription because something is amiss every time. Often, trying to speak coherently with them about a problem or product is challenging. The main reason for this review however is that on several occasions they haven't taken the correct steps to charge me (or check my status) resulting in my being fined by the NHS.
