I left a revue under badly run I would like to say all has been corrected now the fault was partly down to the medical practice and the pharmacy just hope it don't happen again

put prescription in to them 3 weeks ago been in to collect 4/5 times told they would deliver 2 time over this time still not got my items the pharmacy is just a shambles I feel very sorry for the staff working there as everyone is on there back and it's not there fault

My prescription contained a repeat prescription for a different patient, although my name was on the outside of the bag!! This is not the first time they have performed poorly, missing items, wrong items have also been inserted at various times!

Can't fault the pharmacist or employees they are working very hard and obviously sometimes working under great stress but, the long wait times to collect medication, normally 45/60 minutes and often queuing into the car park is unaccepable. This pharmacy is unable to run their business - as a result of poor organisation i.e. prescription requests building up (waiting until you arrive to collect) and when you arrive at the front of the queue to collect guess what - would you like to call back in 20 minutes and join the queue again ! Sad to say the pharmacy owners are clearly not capable of running or managing a business - the situation has being going on for many months, if they are interested in Corbett Pharmacy why don't they discuss their problem with employees and other health care professionals and start to invest in customer's and employees welfare rather than their own business profit.

Waited at least an hour for prescribed drugs. Empathy with staff eroded by smart Alec comments, divulging some personal details, from a member of staff when dispensing, in front of a huge queue.

The counter staff were lovely and my prescription was sorted very quickly. I know how under pressure medical staff are but this did not stop the staff here delivering a great service

I order my repeats at least 14 days before collection and alwsys on collection am told it has just been printed off and then wsit over 30 mins for it to be made up. Staff polite but dispensing service very bad

This pharmacy is in total chaos. I have visited three times in recent weeks, each time the queue has extended out to the car park and the waiting period has ranged from 40 minutes to over an hour. Staffing is totally inadequate, however I do not need to be told that “nobody wants to work here” as one member of staff did on at least 10 occasions during my last visit. I will not use this pharmacy again.

It may be conveniently located within the same building as the Corbett Medical Practice, but that's the extent of the positives. There are invariably long queues, today and on previous occasions stretching out the door. The staff are very slow and usually have difficulty locating items, which adds to the waiting time. They are quick with the excuses, however: I was told by one especially officious individual that my prescription is popular in the Droitwich area and that was the reason they couldn't find it. Doesn't make sense. I previously lived in Central Birmingham, my pharmacy there served a far more densely populated area, but the longest I've ever waited was 15 minutes. I visited today, saw the queues and turned back. The Corbett pharmacy doesn't even open on Saturdays, what is the use in that. I will look elsewhere.
