I attended Coombe Hill Pharmacy yesterday after suffering a headache for two nights and having checked my blood pressure at home found it was very high. Not trusting the device 100% I went to get my blood pressure checked here by the assistant. It came back even higher than before. I was immediately seen by the Pharmacist who instantly referred me to A&E at Kingston Hospital. My readings continued to be very high and I was checked out thoroughly including a CT scan. Called by my Doctor whilst being seen to make an emergency follow up appointment for follow up treatment. Brilliant service by both assistant and Pharmacist. Potentially saving me from a stroke or heart attack. Well done both of you.

My recent example is ensuring a robust supply of a series of ear drops for a difficult to manage ear infection for my son who has complex needs, which the team did effectively and without fuss - things would have been much more stressful otherwise. As a retired pharmacist myself Coombe Hill is one of the best run pharmacies I’ve used as a patient and hard pressed carer. The pharmacy team are calm and helpful. They inspire confidence and communicate well. My recent example is ensuring a robust supply of a series of ear drops for a difficult to manage ear infection, which the team did effectively. We searched for years for a decent pharmacy and when you discover one, it makes a significant difference to us as carers. Thank you

Been coming here since 1972,treated with respect and kindness. More like family, they know everybody's name and care about you. In fact I moved away but still have my prescription sent there so that says it all really.

Urgently requiring medication for my type 1 diabetes condition, I went to this pharmacy to ask if it would be possible to collect this literally just prescribed medicine, notice of which was sent electronically from Homewood Corner Surgery to this Coombe Hill Pharmacy. As usual, the staff calmly, carefully, with smiling faces and reassuring tones told me that my request would be dealt with as a matter of priority. As usual, my medicine was ready in no time. A shining example of all that is good about healthcare in this country.
