Having contacted, Colne-Road-Pharmacy, last Friday 09-06-3023. I was having a problem where my local pharmacy was not able to provide my Wife with One of Her regular Medications. This left my Wife running out of this Medication that was Important to her. I tried phoning round approx 6 or 7 various pharmacies none of who could supply this medication..I finally tried 'Colne-Road-pharmacy'. The staff were very helpful, explaining I needed to get a Prescription sent to them and they would then order the Medication. I got a call at 09-05am Saturday. to tell me the Medication had arrived ready for me to pick up. The service & help I got from 'Colne-Road- Pharmacy'. Was Excellent .

The service I received, after a 20 minute wait, was appalling. The pharmacist made everyone in the pharmacy aware of the product I went in for, embarrassing me and then went on to shame me for the item. Never have I ever received such an awful, unprofessional and humiliating service.
