   After using the helpful NHS online booking service, On 29th September 2023 I went to Collins and Jervie, Amersham for my Covid booster injection. I was attended to immediately and given a chair to sit on while completing the allergy and consent form. Once that was done I was taken straight in to the private consultation room where my form was checked and the procedure explained together with post -injection advice. The injection was painless and I was in and out of the pharmacy in a very short time. Both the staff members who dealt with me were very warm, kind, polite and reassuring. All this with the background of a busy pharmacy going on with calm professionalism. I could not have asked for better. Thank you very much to all those involved in the administration and delivery of my jab.
