   I called in this morning (Friday, 21 February) and was very impressed by the exemplary approach of the duty pharmacist. She was assisting with my requested medication and gave me valuable advice regarding paying for multiple items. Her manner of engagement was incredibly nice, helpful and professional. I also observed her being helpful to someone who was at the dispensing area prior to myself. Her level of engagement and efficiency was outstanding. A superb patient experience at Cohens at Durham Avenue, St Annes today.
