    Have used Cohens Tetbury since moving here 14 months ago. I visit at least monthly. The staff are invariably friendly and polite and go out of their way to be helpful - including phone calls. As the only chemist in town, there are, unfortunately, occasional queues.

    No patient confidentiality or a discrete manner of asking personal questions Abrupt and quite offensive questioning in relation to your health infront of many other customers behind you Made me feel very uncomfortable
