    I recently paid a compliment to Cohens Chemist for help on the phone. Today a physical visit made them a Zero. One young person at snails pace in front. Two rotating are needed. A poor man told 2 minutes would see him get his prescription would have left on a pension. 😱 What was awful was when a member of Pharmacy came out they told him to “sit down and stop staring at him as he wouldn’t get them any quicker!” Bad manners and Bad example in the extreme. Whoever is Managing )might be the offender) needs to get a grip. I’m assuming this is not news locally

I have forwarded your feedback to the manager of the pharmacy and to the regional manager and asked them to look into and rectify the issues you have experienced.     There are certain members of staff (not all) who are extremely unhelpful. They say you have to queue and wait for your prescription and refuse to have them ready as it is “queue jumping”. This would not be a problem if they had enough staff and you only had to wait a few minutes…they keep you in a queue and then you have to wait then for your prescription to be dispensed. Also if they cannot fulfill a prescription they order it in and do not inform you when it has arrived and only keep it for 3 weeks which is within the 28 day time frame that most people visit. What happens to these meds…are they returned to stock whilst still charging the NHS?
