very unhelpful. I was I need of a prescription to be dispensed and was told, as is the normal in this chemist, come back in half an hour. I told them due to work commitments I could not and was shrugged at. There were no other people in the chemist and yes the pharmacist was dispensing another prescription but to check over one item would not have taken half an hour. No empathy no concern very disappointed. I will not be recommending or using again.

Thank you for leaving this feedback. We are very sorry to read of the issues you have experienced with this pharmacy it is not the level of service we would expect our customers to receive. I have forwarded your feedback to the manager of the pharmacy and to the regional manager and asked them to look into and rectify the issues you have experienced. Prescription dropped off Thursday last week, informed by staff that they did not have stock of the item. I was asked to call back Monday afternoon (which happened to be a bank holiday) so called in today Tuesday. The man on the sales desk took my name and checked the prescriptions. He was unable to find this so spoke with the pharmacist. The pharmacist called my name across the shop and in front of other customers informed that they didn't have it. I explained that I was on holiday for 2 weeks as of tomorrow and needed to take this with me. At this, she thrust the Prescription in my direction and said you will have to try elsewhere. I took it from her and said this was a waste of time. I am a cancer patient, and this is clear to see. The prescription was for dressings that I required urgently last week. If they knew it would be difficult to source they should have told me at the time. I do not appreciate professionals working in the community speaking to members of the public using their services with clear disrespect, both verbally and non verbally.
