I am on day 8 day waiting for a repeat prescription..They told me the last time I went that you have got to give seven days notice for a repeat prescriptions.. Sorry but thats ridiculously poor considering this is medication you might need immediately

The pharmacy is currently undergoing new procedures in the way the prescriptions are processed and this is unfortunately causing delays for our patients - we apologise sincerely for this and are working hard with the team to improve this as fast as we can. I went to my usual pharmacy, Cohens at Park Edge Practice, Leeds. My prescription was initially dealt with by a pleasant young man who asked a woman for advice. She came to talk to me and her attitude was awful, she waved and smiled sarcastically as I left the shop. She needs to be sent on some customer training. I subsequently visited another pharmacy, where the member of staff was great.
