    They won’t answer the telephone; it rings and rings and rings then it just buzzes, like the old fax machines. The rest of the 30 minutes it was engaged. They can never find my prescription. They had had the last one a week, I queued for half an hour then had to wait the best part of another half hour whilst the pharmacist made up the prescription. Not very impressive customer service.

    Today is second time in a month that I have had to use the pharmacy to collect my regular medication. Today I experienced the longest queue that I’d seen since the Covid epidemic period, with people having to stand outside the building door, luckily the weather has been fair. I made a note of my waiting time, it was 50 minutes. Given that a large proportion of customers were elderly I think that it’s very unfair for people to stand for that length of time. After being served I asked one of the staff if the problem was due to a shortage of manpower and she replied that the situation worsened weeks ago and she didn’t know why. This situation needs to improve.

    Very frustrating as queuing for prescription was up to an hour. Only ever have one counter assistant. Only quieter time is 08.30am when it opens. Problem is frequent

    Worst chemist ever they never answer the phone never have medication in stock and they stopped delivering my tablets, they sent me a letter saying I wasn't in so delivering was to be stopped. I was at a hospital appointment if they had sent a text first as they were supposed to do I could of cancelled the delivery. I am going to change chemist at the earliest opportunity.

    The pharmacy has, on multiple occasions, when told by Dr's my prescription had been sent, that it would not be ready for up to 4 days. When suffering with debilitating migraines this really is quite difficult, to get there to get medication and to be told you were told the wrong thing and have to wait up to 4 days in pain and suffering. If someone needed medication for something like tonsillitis, it could end up jn hospitalisation due to having to wait for so long. I have changed pharmacies, hoping that one less person means that the pharmacy can improve its services to others. I don't know how it can be acceptable to make people wait such long times for prescriptions. It really needs improving for local people who cannot access other pharmacies. I hate leaving bad reviews but this pharmacy has caused me a lot of stress and trips out with excruciating pain and dizziness too many times.

The pharmacy is currently undergoing new procedures in the way the prescriptions are processed and this is unfortunately causing delays for our patients - we apologise sincerely for this and are working hard with the team to improve this as fast as we can.     Went to collect prescription early this morning and was so shocked at the appearance of this pharmacy which we all use regularly. The floor was so dirty(looked and smelled like an old dirty mop had been used) lots of litter, packets and even paper clips on the floor( clearly hadn’t even been swept for a while)the shelves were very bare and thick with dust! This is a pharmacy that treats and vaccinated people… not very hygienic
