Regular staff are lovely but the pharmacist is abrupt unhelpful wanted advice but went elsewhere and way he talked to everyone was shocking

I have forwarded your feedback to the regional manager and asked them to look into and rectify the issue you have experienced. The branch currently has a locum working for us and we will be taking this forward with them. Although extremely busy they always have time for you one staff member in particular always smiles and takes time to see if you OK went in for my mums prescription and nothing too much trouble thank you it's always a great experience

I went in for my prescription today. I saw the pharmacist cleaning the shop floor who was the new branch manager I was told by the counter staff. My tablets were dispensed within 5 minutes and the pharmacist came out to speak to me and explain how to use the new medication. He also signed me up in a service called New medicines service for free! He said the pharmacist on duty should be calling in a weeks' time to discuss how I am getting on with the new medication. A brilliant pharmacy! The shop was clean and tidy as well. Friendly team and very fast service. Would recommend to anybody! I will move my prescription to this pharmacy for all my regular medication
