    I have used this chemist for years I ordered my prescription and it was delivered the next day,sometimes the same day. They were excellent and I was happy to recommend them to friends. Now the delivery service is dreadful and the pharmacy service appears to have been tampered with. I ordered my prescription on the 8th May. I rang this morning because it hadn't arrived. The woman I spoke to asked if I was housebound. I explained I was disabled but could get out with difficulty, she said they only delivered to housebound people. I explained I had been getting deliveries for 8 years. She went to look if they had my prescription she said it had been sent to a hub to be prepared and it may be back tomorrow. I don't know when they started to do this but I suspect that my little chemist will lose a lot of custom. After I receive my latest medication I will make arrangements for a new chemist but hate to see this one fail so miserably when it's always been excellent.

    Thank you for leaving this feedback. We are very sorry to read of the issues you have experienced with this pharmacy it is not the level of service we would expect our customers to receive.. The pharmacy is currently undergoing new procedures in the way the prescriptions are processed and this is unfortunately causing delays for our patients - we apologise sincerely for this and are working hard with the team to improve this as fast as we can. I am sorry to read you have chosen to go elsewhere for the dispensing of your prescriptions, if you do in the future choose to use Cohens I hope you find the service vastly improved.
