I would just like to say that the pharmacist and staff at this chemist are the best I have ever come across , the pharmacist goes above and beyond to help in any way he can and the staff are always so helpful ... absolutely brilliant and nothing is too much trouble, I am beyond grateful and would like to say thankyou to each and every one of you , well done !!

Staff are lovely, very accommodating and always go above and beyond with sorting out prescriptions. Always timely and reliable.

wow! What a difference a change of ownership makes, after being let down by my pharmacy with my mothers dossette boxes I was told to approach these lovely people to take them on by a friend. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish, not only did they get the dossettes made up in super quick time the lovely pharmacist came after work to deliver it to my mother so that she had enough meds for her next dose. He sat with her and explained everything until I came home from work. Genuinely amazing. So heart warming to see their are genuinely caring people still in this world :) I genuinely cannot Thank You enough. Zav x

I have just been to the pharmacy for my Covid and flu boosters. A very well organised set up with kind and helpful staff. I fully recommend them.

Super helpful, answered their phone, dealt with the prescription request within an hour. Really efficient helpful and charming. Having spent a frustrating week with an appalling pharmacy not far away I was delighted to now be able to switch to this business.

I'm 72 and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such personal, professional, courteous and quick service as I have at Clive Parade. Why can't all pharmacies be this good??!! They should run courses on how it should be done! Simply the best.

The young chap working at this pharmacy was so helpful. I tried different pharmacies to get a medication in for my wife and was fed up. He not only went out his way to order the medication in, to my surprise he then delivered the medication after work. Now that's what I call going the extra mile for the patient. Thank you young man. awc
