I don't know what has happened with this pharmacy! It use to be lovely! Now it's just awful!! The ques go outside of the door! Lots working in the back I think but one or 2 serving.i waited over an hour for my perception in the end had to leave I suffer bad anxiety and was getting stressed! I was left with no medication until I phoned my doctor to do me a emergency medication,the pharmacy he is so slow! I will not be using this chemist no more causes me anxiety to much!!

I have been debating whether to leave this review for a couple of weeks but decided I needed to do it. I went into the pharmacy to collect a prescription and waited a good 20 minutes in a queue before being served. I wouldn’t normally mind waiting but there were two staff in the back of the shop messing around singing and dancing while everyone else was running around serving a shop full of customers!!! Whilst I’m happy with a laugh and a joke in the workplace this pharmacy seems to be providing poor customer service in favour of more social time. I had to go in the following day and heard one of the staff swearing at one of her colleagues in a loud and agressive manner in a shop full of customers!!! Is this professionalism at its best???

After ringing for 20 solid minutes to see if my prescription was ready and getting no reply I has to walk to pharmacy the queue was to the shop door most of the staff were rushing around serving customers apart from three who were standing talking and laughing very loudly amongst themselves, ignoring everyone around them. Is it normal practice for staff to ignore a shop full of people while they are entertaining themselves???

Spent a whole morning and afternoon ringing to find out where my prescription was as will be completely out of medication tomorrow. Reached no 1 in the queue 3 times and then told ring back later and cut off after hours waiting, started in the morning and gave up at 3.25pm a complete waste of time and more importantly still no medication. Non existent customer service!

Having used this pharmacy for a number of years I've always been grateful for the great service they provide. Staff are always amiable even when they are incredibly busy. A valuable local amenity.

I have been using this pharmacy since they first opened and have found the staff to be polite, professional and extremely helpful. I’ve been reading some of these reviews and I’m amazed how people can complain about it. It’s a very busy pharmacy but the staff always go above and beyond to be helpful in any way they can. So well done Claughton Pharmacy and thank you for everything.

My mum is 81 and I have rang them several times to call and speak to the manager and no one has called me back! To give me a reason why they will not deliver her prescription when they still deliver to her neighbour over the road and blantley lied to her saying there are cuts because she seen my mum in her car !! She is 81 and I do not want her driving she is in pain abs yet the will not deliver because of a power trip. I have tried to speak to a manger and me no one will call or speak to me to give a valid reason. Very unfair how would you like your 81 year old mother to be treated like that. I worked for NHS and this so practise gives it a wrong name not caring or compassionate at all.

I have recently changed to this pharmacy and find the staff extremely helpful. It’s always very busy but the staff go out of their way to help. Keep up the good work, customer service is spot on.

I've used this pharmacy a few times as they open late and I have a toddler, called to ask if they could possibly tell me the prices of 2 items as my daughter (2 years old) is ill and was in bed & my husband working, heard him talking in the background after going to check about "why cant people just walk to the shops" unfortunately it's not always that easy when people are single or partners are working and in current circumstances can't afford to drive around shops to check prices or be over charged at 1 location.
