Had Covid booster today at Galtres Centre, Easingwold. Great service, loads of staff, no waiting, all explained. Have used pharmacy at Haxby on several occasions, with good results. Your Company gives exceptional service.

I had my BP reviewed and it was a bit high, recommended to have a BP machine for 24 hours to gain a better picture. Had the BP fitted at Citywide Chemist - worn for 24 hours and I returned to Citywide Health for them to review my figures. Still a bit high but not worryingly so but Citywide to send stats to my GP who will then contact me. What a brilliant, efficient service. We are very lucky to have this offered to us and I would recommend Citywide always for their polite, friendly help.

Great service from the pharmacy for advice regarding a child's sore throat. The team are very friendly approachable and helpful. I can't fault them.

Was really easy to book an appointment to see the pharmacist. I booked it at 2am! Lots of slots available. The pharmacist was really helpful, and I felt listened to. Came away with antibiotics. All done within 10 minutes of me arriving for my appointment. I’d not hesitate to go to them again. I hope they start to cover more ailments as it was so much easier than trying to get in to see a doctor, especially at a weekend. I’d not have been able to even make an appointment until Monday.

I used this service for the 1st time for my little girl. It was great, easy to book online and we could also be seen on a Saturday instead of waiting till Monday for an antibiotic cream. Would highly recommend.

Saw the pharmacist this morning after being unwell for a couple of weeks and having taken another dip in my symptoms rather than getting better, I booked an appt. I think I’d developed another infection after having had bronchitis/flu the week before. I felt immediately at ease and listened to. This was a great consultation where I felt the pharmacist really took the time to listen , understand my symptoms and agree a plan on how to treat what he thought the infection might be. It was great to feel heard and he made the experience easy…which is amazing when you feel unwell and need it to be easy!! Thank you to the pharmacist at citywide Haxby. I would certainly come again if needed to. Fingers crossed it won’t be needed, but if it was I would come here again.

I went to Haxby Pharmacy this morning for my flu vaccination . My appointment was on time. The Pharmacist was friendly and very efficient. The vaccination was administered quickly and pain free. I would definitely recommend using this service.

I had booked an appointment for my flu jab, arrived 10 mins early. Receptionist directed me to a seat but before I could sit down I was called to the consultation room. Very friendly vaccinator, made me feel at ease, discussed the fact I was on antibiotics, ok to continue. Vaccinated and done within a few minutes.

What a fantastic way to kick off the new year. I put in a request for my prescription on line on one day and got a text the next telling me it was ready. Thank you Haxby Pharmacy!
