I can’t praise Church Street Pharmacy enough, especially the pharmacist who went above and beyond to help me today. I had been running around all morning trying to get medication for my four-year-old son, dealing with delays from the doctors and multiple pharmacies that didn’t have what we needed. When I arrived at Church Street Pharmacy, the pharmacist didn’t just tell me they didn’t have the medication—there was real effort to explain why, provide clear advice on what to do next, and genuinely guide me through the process. Thanks to their help, I was able to go back to the doctor and get a more commonly available prescription. What really amazed me was that when I returned to Boots to check if they had the new medication, the pharmacist was already there, personally looking into it so they could point me in the right direction. They didn’t have to do that, but they did—going out of their way to make sure my son got what he needed. After a frustrating morning, their kindness and effort were a reminder of how good people can be. Thank you to the pharmacist at Church Street Pharmacy—your help meant the world to me today!

I cannot praise this pharmacy enough. Boots and P2U let me down repeatedly but this pharmacy jumped into action and has helped me multiple times when I thought all was lost. Thank you for your kind understanding and your exceptional service, and thank you for going that extra mile sourcing scarce prescription drugs within 24 hrs.

Let down by online Pharmacy 2u who advised non availability for over 25days. Church street Pharmacy took the time to find my tablets for next day delivery and phoned me back to confirm. Excellent service, will now use in future.
