   I handed in repeat prescriptions for myself a d my Husband which were to be delivered. One week later nothing arrived, it then transpired they had all been sent to wrong GP Surgery. The details were updated, two weeks later nothing arrived. Transpired the medi one of which there were 8 in total has got "stuck". They were made up but some items missing. This was important Stroke medication. None of the staff seem to know what they were doing.
