   I have avoided this chemist whenever possible for years. However, when I did have to collect an urgent prescription recently, I found a better, helpful service. Although the prescription was not ready, I was asked if I would like to return or wait. When I chose to wait I was ushered to a seating area. Within what seemed to be a fast 20 minutes I was served politely and efficiently. I look forward to this continuing improvement service.
