   I went to ask about a painful swollen bite which after two weeks has started to swell up, and is a little red and warm. I am allergic to some insects and have had to have antibiotics in the past. There was no one else in the shop. The pharmacist was sitting a little way in, but it was the shop assistant who talked to me. Despite her mentioning that he might like to look, and despite him obviously hearing the conversation, he just mumbled something and clearly couldn’t be bothered. I think both unprofessional and rude.
