Popped into the pharmacy today and was in need of allergy relief. I wasn’t even on the system and they sorted me really quickly and the staff were very helpful. This reassured me that if I ever need anything, they are a place I can rely on! My need may not seem like much but it meant a lot to me! Thank you very much.

I have been to Cherry Lane pharmacy 7 times in the last month and can say that all staff have been lovely and have gone out of their way to help, advise and reassure me. They have helped me with internet issues regarding prescriptions (most definitely not in there remit) The advise I have received has a been professional, but at the same time caring. In an emergency (what I thought as an emergency) they done every thing in their power to not only resolve, but reassure me. Our community needs these ladies at Cherry Lane Pharmacy and it is a shame that they are not recognised. Keep up the amazing work lady’s.

My family and I have used this Chemist for many years and would like to commend all of the staff who are employed there. Recently, a collection of prescriptions for my daughter resulted in a friendly explanation of the reason why certain items were short, totally beyond the control of the Pharmacy! I have witnessed similar experiences from other patients, consistently dealt with the staff in a fair and professional manner! A special mention to the main Pharmacist, who goes above and beyond with her attitude, kindness and genuine care of the patients in her care. A true pillar of the community! The Pharmacy shop assistant delivers a friendly and helpful service and always has time for a chat and to deliver useful medical advice! Both the Pharmacist and Pharmacy assistant know their patients very well and are doing an amazing job, despite the many challenges faced by all UK Pharmacies with regard to supply issues! This is one of the few genuine community Pharmacies that provides a fantastic service!

When looking in lots of other pharmacies to be able to fulfil my prescription cherry lane done they’re very best to get me what i needed.

I have used this pharmacy for 20 years and have found that the staff actually care. They are extremely helpful, and do all they can to help you find what you need and offer a consultation if required. Fabulous service which many benefit from. Thank you all.

always helpful and friendly and ready to give advice,a lot of my family and friends use this practice also and all feel the same, the staff make u feel comfortable and are very professional in their approach, would definitely recommend this particular practice
