Having only needed to use this chemist 4 times in the last 18 months for a repeat prescription, I've had issues everytime. GP sent the prescription same day and was told they need 2 days to get it ready. First time I went to collect was told quite abruptly 2 days isn't enough and they need more than that. All 4 times it's been almost a week until the most recent. After a full 7 days since GP sent prescription, still not ready, told to come back after the weekend and should be ready for lunchtime. Having to squeeze visits to this chemist inbetween working over their opening times is not ideal anyway but to turn up at lunchtime to find they were completely closed for lunchtime was so inconvenient meaning my husband had to get time of work to go collect for me. Not surprising it still wasn't ready and had to wait for it to be prepared there and then. Luckily after learning from past experience I had enough medication for just over a week, just glad it wasn't extremely urgent for an illness like I'm sure it is for most! Whilst in there it was clearly evident a phonecall from another patient was experiencing similar issues. Time to move to a different pharmacy!
