I've been using Chemitex for my prescriptions for years now, despite there being closer pharmacies. When things have gone wrong outside of their control, as is inevitable from time to time, they have gone above and beyond to do everything they possibly could. When Chemitex says "we'll call you in an hour", they'll call you in an hour. When Chemitex says "the rest of the prescription will be in by 2pm tomorrow", you know it will be. None of the chain pharmacies or other independent pharmacies have proved themselves as trustworthy, efficient, compassionate, and friendly. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Chemitex, and a book's worth of praise for them. I hope they're around for decades to come.

The service! Unlike chain pharmacies, I feel like the most important customer Chemitex has, as does every customer. When I have had questions regarding my prescription, or over-the-counter drugs, I have always received a fast, helpful answer.
