People are very good at complaining but I dont think the Chemcare team get enough praise. They are more than willing to help and go above and beyond, nothing is an issue for them and its always done with a friendly manner. Thank you for the lovely service.

On Thursday I had to attend Chemcare pharmacy at Kidbrooke village, the girls could not have been more helpful [although the shop was busy] they spent the time with me, explaining how and when my medication should be taken, and if I was having any problems or concerns, I could always call in for advice…. Top quality service from a friendly local business… Thank you everyone at Chemcare.. Well done..

This Pharmacy is the best one I have ever used. All employees are enthusiastic and patient to help and answer your questions, and will also think of you to solve the emergency problems you encounter. Our neighbours all love this pharmacy. Thanks！

For the past 2 months ive had nothing but the inconvience and wastine my time ringing the chemist medications not getting delivered or part being delivered now im house and everyday i have chronic pain there said my pain relieve will be delivered so i had to ring for a 3rd time and they say its going to be delivered today its now 6.00 and ive still no pain relief so thats three days ive been in chronic pain its not on

Only knew their prescription request to doctor has not been honoured when you call to collect(so medicine already overdue). Promise to send further e-mail( when first one ineffective and bank holiday weekend looming,) confidence in fast resolution and receiving medication was not inspired. Since initiative was required I phoned surgery collected and delivered hand raised prescription.

I visited Chemcare Pharmacy today to pick up medication, the service I received was excellent, the shop is beautiful and the staff are very helpful. Always working hard and they go above and beyond to help with medication. I would recommend this Pharmacy to everyone in the area. A nice change to see a family ran business with great team moral.

What a great pharmacy the service I received was 10o% the staff went above and beyond to help me not only with prescriptions but with over the counter the counter medication I don't understand the negative reviews!!
