Review titled blind disabled community
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Blind Community - Posted on 30 April 2024
two white sticks came into the premises today, stood in front of the service counter. the service agents came to the till and decided to not serve a blind person after ten minutes, serving new customers who had newly entered the premises and ignoring the blind disabled person. the law is very clearly severely disable blind persons must be served at the front of the que without excuses under section 149 of the equalities act 2010. the blind person left as new customers were service but this disabled persons who cant stand up for long had to leave due to disability limitations terrible No services were delivered to this blind person at these premises. It cannot be expressed that discrimination of blind disabled people starts with the correct recruitment, training for the disabled , embarrassment discrimination and degeneration of severe disability cannot cannot continue what ever the economic climate people find themselves in at this present time. Clearly the ceo of this company has some urgent work to do....
