The chemist and staff are all helpful and if my tablets are not available when ordered they keep me informed and update me. A brilliant service from a very good pharmacy.

Over the past month or so, this pharmacy has gradually been getting worse by the week. I look after everything to do with medication on behalf of both of my parents. I have been told repeatedly that they do not have enough stock of a medication. Told to return on a later date to collect the medication owing only to be told that they do not have any record of it. This weekend, I have had to make 3 trips to this pharmacy to rectify issues with both my parents prescriptions which have included forgetting to give me certain items despite all medications being on the same prescription. Adamant that they have not been sent through a prescription from the GP, only to find 2 days later that they actually had made the prescription up 6 days beforehand and was actually in their appalling filing system. Nothing short of shocking. Definitely a case of the left hand has no idea of what the right hand is doing. How these people are allowed and given the responsibility to manage medication is beyond me.

I used this pharmacy to collect a prescription and set up subsequent ones. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the pharmacist kindly informed me about a scheme to reduce my payments for which I was very grateful. Beats the bigger names in Castlepoint hands down.
