    I took a family member to the pharmacy for their flu/covid jabs which I pre booked due to me having to take time off for. When we get there the female staff member didn't properly explain herself, the issue was we pre booked for both jabs but only the covid was available. When trying to say surely you keep ones for pre book appointments separately so you don't run out, a tall pharmacists shouts from behind a wall. He's general attitude wasn't professional and was uncalled for. I don't know if the original pharmacists has retired and they are the new ones but their going to loose customer going to them. My family member is a pensioner and getting out of the house isn't easy for them and the experience hasn't been good.

    Apologies for your experience on this date. Whilst the majority of patients were happy with the service provided we were unfortunately unable to order enough flu vaccine at times, and deliveries were sporadic and not always on time which was out of our hands. We cancelled in advance where possible, but will take your comments on board and hope to provide a better service next time.

    Taking a family member to a booked appointment. Please understand that to accomplish this, takes time, prep and amendment of my work hours. To arrive and be told that what I've came for is not there (even though that booking it confirms that I indeed should have what I came for) Staff where unbothered and more focused on how irritated I am for this inconvenience. To be told that they given what I came for to "walk-ins" left the family member I brought with me quite upset and now forced to have a second appointment (to which I will do elsewhere) People go to a pharmacy because they need medicine and customer service when interacting with people who are unwell/sick should be peak. The disrespect and lack of empathy is unforgivable.

    Dear Patient, Apologies that our service fell beyond par on this occasion. We do our best to secure enough stock for appointments, and these are prioritised, but it seems we fell short on this occasion. Your feedback is taken on board and will endeavour to meet expectations on future occasions.

    I brought 2 pregnancy tests from this pharmacy which were the clear blue 6 days early. I Took one of them which said I was pregnant. Took the other straight after which came up with a fault on the digital screen. I kept the packaging and the bag I received this in. The lady I spoke to was very helpful but when she asked the owner if I could have another one to replace the faulty item I was told no and to go back to the manufacturer! Shops are suppose to take responsibility for faulty goods and I don’t think I should pay another £16.99!! For another one. So angry at this and they should take responsibility.

    Dear Lisa Apologies for the late response, we are now under new management and I do hope you will visit us again. On this occasion - this would indeed fall under manufacturer fault as it is the item itself at fault, so the team were correct to divert you in that direction, however I understand your frustration. I hope you will visit us again.
