Hello, I wish to draw your attention to the fact that when my prescription is delivered, it is literally shoved through the letterbox(I am usually in) the state of the packaging looks like it has been trampled on. The bag is pushed through separately, and looks like it has been chewed up and spat out. It is unacceptable. I know we don’t pay for delivery, but this is disgraceful. The driver doesn’t knock on the door, or even leave it in my porch. I have taken photographs if you wish to see them. I would have sent them with this message, but there doesn’t seem to be an option to do so. Finally, can I just add that this not the first time this has happened, I’m just thoroughly fed up with it and thought it was time I let you know. I have no complaints however about the dispensing service you provide. My prescriptions are on time, and never(so far) a problem with availability of my medication, so thank you for that.

Tried since 11am to ring up about a prescription and they’ve still not answered at 4pm. The phone is just engaged all day. This isn’t a one off either
