I have been with this Pharmacy for nearly 4 yrs and every visit has been a pleasure. The pharmacy is always clean and tidy, all staff are very polite, professional, friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble for them. If you go in for anything and there is a queue they always apologise for for making you wait. You can ask any health questions and they are always supportive and helpful.

I have used the pharmacy for a number of years and their service has consistently been excellent. The pharmacist deals with walk-in prescriptions swiftly and with the minimum of fuss, he is clearly hard-working and invariably stocks the repeat items I need avoiding the need to return. This includes items which other pharmacists claim are unavailable from their suppliers. All the staff are friendly, helpful and yet very efficient. Great job!

I cannot recommend Buckingham Pharmacy highly enough, they are extremely helpful, efficient and nothing is ever to much for them. I use this pharmacy on a regular basis and it’s with a few minutes of my house.

I cannot praise the pharmacist and staff in Buckingham Park Pharmacy enough. They are always knowledgeable, helpful and obliging and have always been very kind to me.

I have recently started using Buckingham Pharmacy. All staff are friendly and supportive. My medication is always ready on time. A great service.

I requested my medication from my GP surgery and 10 min later the items were authorised, dispensed and a text sent to me by the Buckingham Park Pharmacist to inform me they were ready for collection. This is exceptional and the main pharmacist, who is there most days, is extremely efficient, friendly and fast at doing his job. All the staff at the pharmacy are extremely welcoming and friendly. Thank you for all your hard work.

l cannot recommended enough they have the passion and caring attitude you need, cannot praise them enough they care about you they do not treat as a NHS number ,it is personal thank you to all the staff you have enriched my life.

Shambolic. One of the staff members making light of collecting 5 prescriptions. Handed One item then told others ready in 10 minutes. Go back and given three more items except one was missing and if I hadn't opened the bag they would have happily taken the money and not done a thing. Then informed one item can't be given out as no longer available but going to check with other branch. (Is it available or not they don't seem to know what they are doing.) All this whilst boards on display of wear a mask at all times and only 3 members of the public allowed in. As someone living in a household with someone with incurable cancer they need to practise there own policies.

After having a battle with Drs to get a repeat prescription it finally got sent to this pharmacy but I just felt too unwell to walk there. Despite there being no available slots for the same day the gentleman who was in the other end of the phone managed to get my injections delivered to me within 2 hours. He called me to advise someone would come and then called again to make sure I got everything ok. I am so so grateful he went Abi e and beyond and really helped me out on a really bad day. Exceptional service and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you! Kira M
