Their service is fast and efficient, ensuring I get what I need. The staff are always ready to provide advice, and I appreciate that they're even willing to help with minor concerns before I visit a GP. The pharmacy is well-stocked, and my prescriptions are usually available shortly after being sent in. Also, it's great I receive a message on my phone when my medication is ready – it's a convenient touch that keeps me informed. Overall, a top-notch pharmacy.

My wife has a painful and unpleasant bacterial infection which requires antibiotics. A doctor issued a prescription which was sent to Bryants Pharmacy. 28 capsules were prescribed but Bryants only had 4 available. Instead of giving us the option of going elsewhere to fulfill the prescription they gave us 4 with the promise of the outstanding amount the day after. On calling in we found these were not available - apparently they had decided to change their supplier and were left with no stock. I went to another pharmacy to check supplies and, this being a "standard" antibiotic they had this on the shelf - but because Bryants had issued part of the prescription we were unable to go elsewhere! We now have to wait until they contact us when they have this antibiotic available! My wife now has to interrupt the Doctors prescribed treatment because Bryants have changed suppliers! I find this unacceptable - if they could not fulfill the prescription they should have given us the opportuntity to go to another pharmacy who could. Bryants have usually been reliable - but I sense something has changed recently and they are now letting people down. I suggest to Bryants they look at what they are doing as doctors do not issue prescriptions unless they are necessary and if they cannot fulfill the doctors instructions they should say so and let the patients get the treatment they need elsewhere!

Review titled Covid vaccine - Thanks, the best

One of the last places where the AZ vaccine was available (Jun22). Staff could accommodate me for this and had a professional discussion and explanation about the various vaccines and choices. After the injection the vaccinator proudly asked if I had any better vaccine in the past and rightly so, the least painful experience ever. Relaxed atmosphere and competent staff, what more do you want.
