Rang the pod service a full five days before collecting my order, called as soon as the chemist opened and had to wait while they made up the order (apparently five days isn't enough time to get an order ready). Having driven three miles to pick up order and three miles back I opened the sealed bag and found they had forgotten one of my most important pills so I rang them and had to go back, which made me late for a very important meeting. I think a little less flirting between the young staff members and more concentration is needed. Not very professional at all!

  2. Review titled Bad Customer Service

Really bad at getting repeat prescriptions, and change of prescriptions, and being made to feel like a liar, and being told that you have already received them when you have clearly not. When Questioning why some of your prescriptions are not available. Constantly being told to contact your GP to ask why your the prescription is not on there system. Even though you tell them that you were with the DR three days ago when they put it through the computer. Sadly it seems that gone of the days when when you could get a paper prescription from the GP and get your medication on the same day. Just an observation aswell, But some staff, not all seem more courteous and more attentive to customers that are recovering or are still Addicted to drugs. But to other customers its like we are somthing that they found at the bottom of there shoe. From my observations of waiting in the que, I am not the only person that has been treated like this.
