   After attempting to collect a prescription from my nominated chemist twice (the first time last Saturday when they had closed at 13:00 and again today whilst working from home, only to be told they cannot obtain further stocks of my medication), in desperation I went to AF Brownes in Wilton Road - this is critical medication for me (HRT Patches) where you should not deviate or have any breaks once you have found a source that works for you - it can have serious ramifications on your health so the suggestion from the initial chemist that I should 'go to my doctors and change my medication' was not particularly helpful. With only one patch remaining, it was vital I received these asap. The Pharmacist at AF Brownes actually managed to order and have them delivered within 4 hours and then called me to tell me to come over and collect them - this was fantastic customer service, so much so that I have added them as my nominated chemist going forward for my on-line prescriptions - I cannot thank them enough for their fantastic efforts today which saved me a lot of angst
