   I called in today as I am in a lot of pain, I asked to speak to the pharmacist. Without asking what was wrong, I was told no he is to busy. Then I was told I could wait. So I asked how long, and was given a shrug by the person I was talking to Would it have been so hard to give a time, ask if I could call back at a certain time. I appreciate they are busy people, but please do not offer a walk in consultation if you are not going to offer one. People may make a special effort/journey to seek you help, a little consideration is all that’s asked for. As I have said. Please do not offer a service you cannot give.
