While in the pharmacy the women that was dealing with the pharmacy was rude and her language was unacceptable. While sat waiting for medication the telephone was ringing and she refused to answer the phone then went in to say to her colleague “just let it ring they will only be at home sat on their arse anyway” she then was having a conversation with her colleagues while the phone continued to ring until eventually the phone stopped ringing she was swearing calling her colleague a inappropriate name while i was sat waiting for medication. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional

Nobody in any business likes being told they're useless, as the staff at Broughton Pharmacy are but this lot need a "kick up the behind". Put a prescription in and it was still not ready after a week. Moved my next prescription to another pharmacy and it was ready within two days and they even sent me an SMS message to tell me it was ready which is 100% better then Broughton Pharmacy where I was queueing for 20 minutes to be told it wasn't ready.

So I have been going everyday for the last 3 weeks for medicine that is owing me and everytine they are making out its not come in and can't or won't even chase anything up!

I called in to Broughton Pharmacy last week to enquire about the next flu vaccination session they would be running. I was told it was on 1st November. I didn't check what day of the week it was but when I got home, I saw that it was Tuesday. I decided to check with the Pharmacy whether this was correct that they were holding flu vaccination session on a Tuesday (usually Sunday). I was told that the young lady who said it was Tuesday had got it wrong and it was actually Sunday 6th November which of course made more sense. Profuse apologies were given and I was told that the Pharmacist has said that if I turned up, he would vaccinate me on the 1st. I therefore had the choice of Tuesday 1st or Sunday 6th. I opted for the 1st. I am pleased to say that the Pharmacist did vaccinate me today. I am so grateful. I am now Covid and flu vaccinated - such a relief. Thank you so much Broughton Pharmacy.
