   I rang several times the other day to order my meds - when the phone wasn't engaged it was ignored - it rang and rang and rang until it was cut off by the system (several times). I was trying to get through for nearly half an hour and its not the only time this has happened - I gave up in the end - I no longer use this Pharmacy.
